LAMARTE AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED
Hello Parents! We are in need of silent auction items. If you have something to donate or have connections in the community we would love to hear from you! Thanks in advance, you make the community a wonderful place!
CIS PROGRAM DONATIONS
CIS ( Community in Schools) is in need of the following items to restock their supply:
* Spiral notebooks
* Backpacks for boys & girls
* Healthy snacks
* HEB and/or Wal-Mart gift cards (to be used for gas and/or groceries)
Due to the CIS agency and school policy regarding confidentiality, we cannot disclose who receives the donations. I can assure you that the families we offer this support to are requesting help and have the needs. It’s been very helpful to have the teachers, counselors and community members such as yourself let us know who might need help. We follow up with the families, explain the process to ensure they want the assistance and we collect an accurate description of needs. If you have any questions about this process please let me know. If you’d like to forward this onto Lamar parents, please do so. For donations such as gift cards, furniture, etc I can send the information to our main CIS office. A tax exempt receipt is sent to the donor from our main office.
Thank you again! I appreciate your assist!
